Butterfly-Pea Flower Tea Bomb

Dried butterfly-pea flowers encased in a sugar shell. Butterfly-pea flowers come from a plant native to Southeast Asia. This tea naturally turns blue when steeped in water. The colour goes from midnight blue to violet when the ph level changes. Simply squeeze a few drops of lemon juice and watch the colour transform. This tea is caffeine-free and mild-tasting, which makes it great for kids too!
