Is pick up available?

Yes, pickup is available in Ottawa. We are located in Barrhaven, and the closest major intersection is Strandherd and Greenbank.

When do I pick up my order?

We require 24-48 hours to prepare your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a time for pickup.

How far in advance should I order?

We require at least 2 days notice to prepare your order but will do our best to expedite an order if requested. You can also order well in advance and write your preferred date in the notes section (*Notes section is at the bottom of cart above checkout button.)

How long do your products last?

The following products are best consumed within these time frames:

- hot chocolate bombs 3 months

- tea bombs 3 months

- bubbly bombs 8 months

- shortbread cookies 10 days

- biscotti 1 month

- sugar cookies 1 month

- gourmet marshmallow 2 months

How do I store your products?

All products are best stored at room temperature in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Are the hot chocolate bombs and tea bombs gluten free?

The hot chocolate bomb and tea bomb ingredients do not contain gluten but they are not certified gluten free and are not made in a gluten-free kitchen.

Do you do custom orders and party/wedding favours?

Yes, we do! Please email us at sales@thetreatbombs.ca for custom orders.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship within Canada and to US. All products are made to order and are dispatched within 4 days after your order is placed. Shipping takes 3-14 business days depending on your location. *Shipping delays may occur when couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes due to Covid19 or peak seasons.
