Kohakutou, "Amber Candy" is a Japanese edible crystal jelly candy. It has a unique texture that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It's vegan-friendly, made of agar agar instead of gelatin. It makes a delightful treat alongside a cup of tea. The Strawberry flavoured Kohakutou package contains 5-6 pieces/55g of Kohakutou.
